可以说，就是当年奥巴马支持弗格森黑人骚乱，才有了今天判梁警官的后果。美国司法部门知道，如果不判梁警官有黑人骚乱风险，判梁警官绝对没有华裔骚乱风险。弗格森开始初期文学城还不少华裔民主人士宣扬司法独立程序正业，被奥巴马这样一说就都不吱声了。
