闲时吃稀

   长大了才知道，爹亲娘亲不如假日亲。知道周五要休息，像赚了什么似的，周四下午就开始高兴。

    白来的假日，做顿像样的午饭犒劳自己。本着“忙时吃干，闲时吃稀”的精神，节省粮食，吃顿菜。

   海带汤打底的鱼火锅：六块鱼(3种)、大葱、圆白菜、南瓜、胡罗卜、蘑菇、土豆粉、豆腐，上火一煮就成。





 营养很好，味道也鲜，就是不如吃肉火锅来劲。
