A medical career is only meant to be good for less than 1% of kids who really love it and are good at it.

Otherwise, go for an IB/Finance or EE/CS, which might fit 99% of kids who love to be "Economic Animals"(if they are even good enough to be).

In practice, 80% might not be good at anything and end up to be almost like, or close to, "Useless Eaters".
