You have to ask if the nursery have any health and safety procedure in place.
Also how the injury happened and if it is preventable in the future.
I had a bad DC, H had injuries every fortnight. We often saw a report in H's diary.
The present DC is good, H only got it once a month or less, very rare.
(This DC does not do accident report.)
