中国定策关键技术一律国产化

这像是还没有广泛报道。

彭博据内线消息说，中国已经决定在四个关键领域，银行、军事、国企和主要政府机关将停止使用外国技术，2020年前一律国产化。例如，计算机主机将硬件用浪潮集团的，操作系统采用麒麟（或新麒麟），淘汰微软。

中国银行界核心通讯设施基本上是思科的，也难说，谁让人家技术好，自己做不出来呢。相信国企也差不多，军界就不知道了。纽约时报报道：思科“carries on intimately with the U.S. government and military, exploiting its market advantage in the Chinese information networks, playing a disgraceful role and becoming an important weapon in the U.S. exploiting its power over the Internet”。

有些时候国产也难保，比如美国国安局（NSA)已经有能力渗透到华为的路由器和器网络里了。
