It's police's fault

This woman must has been send to rehab for drug addiction.
No one would believe she has young children at home. It happened two year ago in Cheng Du, same police mistake.
From the story you can tell those children were taken care of before, they have worn diapers. 
Plus, this woman's relatives either don't want to look after her kids or not being informed by the police.
Most likely, they weren't informed by police who arrested the mother and forced her into rehab.
Or I'd say, because they were baby girls, no one cares if they live or die. 
Chinese people don't like having female offspring. They literally won't save kids' life if they're girls.
Hideous.
