c section has to be repeatedly performed

for second time pregnancy if the first time is c section. Otherwise baby might die from stillbirth, and mother's
uterus rupture is highly possible. So don't even think about natural birth if had emergency c section before.
If you don't want risk your life, schedule c section for second birth. 
It's painful for recovery time, long time bleeding, mobility limited. But it's ok with some patience, and painkiller
