For hu*****and: 500k 20 year term, about 500/yr. Keep the group insurance. Also purchase disability through the group insurance(which should cover at lease 2/3 of current earning), about 100-200/yr.

For wife, keep the current life policy and renew when it expires (she will still be under 45 then) or purchase more if your financial situation improves by then.
