You can calculate yourself. 

Currently all three teams are 8-6 but the Redskins and the Cowboys own the tie-breaker over the Giants.  If three teams end the season with the same record.  The Giants will be the 3rd place in the division but the Giants will be in the playoff if they win the next two games because the Cowboys and the Redskins will play in week 17.  They will either tie the game (then the Giants win the division) or have one winner and one loser. 

Yes they need the last week's results to determine the spot in the division or playoff
