You don't really care about them anyways, why would you root for their loss?

Personal feelings aside, they are playing some very pretty basketball. Melo has been playing great, early MVP candidate level. Everyone is contributing and playing for each other. Long missed team spirit is present in the Knicks. Jason Kidd made his presense felt in every minute he's played. Rasheed Wallace is a great pickup, because the defense intensity is just up a notch.

Knicks this year will make some noise, if the old guys can hold the long season.
