Feasible

The AWCS', modified from transport airplanes, fly at much lower speed than the fighters. Therefore, they have large wings for producing sufficient uplifting force at relatively low speed. Therefore, as long as the engine is powerful enough to generate enough acceleration rate, launching on the Liaining HM is not a problem.  The total weight of the radar system and other equipment should be much less than the regular load for the transport planes.
