As mentioned in the other articles, an aircraft carrier's fighting power is measured by how fast and how many airplanes that can send to battle space.  In comparison to the assisted launching, the main disadvantage of Liaoning's launching system is that it takes much longer time to launch an airplane.  However, one can find that to get the airplane to the launching position takes most of the time.  Why not place each of the airplanes into a container that has the bottom and two side walls.   It is easy, safe and more efficient to store the airplanes on and below the deck.  A container can be pushed to the lauching positions through prelaid tracks.  An elevator is placed under each of the launching pads.  By this way, the airplanes can be delievered to the launching pads much faster than the current systsm.  Once at position, the side walls can be lowered to the floor and airplane wings be unfolded for launch.  After the landing of a plane, it can be packed quickly and moved to storage places.
