A Good Dream but Not a Feasible Plan

It is good to have a large floating airport on the sea.  But travel speed of the float airport has to be considered.  For example, in order to protect a future national interest in Africa in an emergency condition, the HM has to be there in a few days (not like an oil tanker).  Because of the high resistance from water, a super-large float can not travel very fast under its available power.  On other hand, even if the super amount of power can be provided, the float can produce high wave beside the path it passes.  How can this float pass those narrow straits.  To design such large float that is required to travel at a high spped, the stress to be experienced by the structural parts could be very high, too.  That in turn make the structural parts super large which will be wasteful in both energy and materials required to carry the useful loads. It is only a matter of time, China can solve the taking-off and landing problems of the needed airplanes.  It is better to have multiple HM's to carry out the large operations.
