-No unless your file I-824 for your spouse to apply for the immigration visa with you. By the way, if you have selected Part 4. 1.b. of the I-140 that you will file I-485, application for Adjustment of Status within US, you need to file I-824 so that USCIS and NVC can process your paperwork for you and your kid to apply for the immigration visa in China. Otherwise, if you have selected Part 4. 1.a., then you do not do anything and USCIS and NVC will automatically process your paperwork for you and your kid to apply for the immigraiton vis ain China.

有人说，让我先生先持F1 visa 入境，我和小孩申请移民签证（因为移民签证要等大概一年），我们进入美国拿到绿卡后，再给我先生file485. 请问这样可行吗？

-Yes.

还有其它更保险的方法吗？我拿到绿卡后替我先生申请485要排期吗？

-Yes, but EB1A 排期 is always current in these days, so he can file I-485 immediately after you enter US using immigration visa.
