收到公民面试通知，其中一项要求带 an original IRS 1722 letter, lising tax information for the past five years.请问必须拿到1722 信吗， 还是税表就可以了。

-IRS 1722 letter is a "Non Filing Letter" which is used to explain why an individual had failed to file taxes for a certain year. So, if you have filed the tax return every year in the last five years, you do not need to provide this document.

 再有， 平常交税前自己的税表备份就可以呢还是必须从IRS 拿原件。

-You may get the tax transcripts from IRS, but you only can get the tax transcript for the current year and last three years from IRS. So, may also bring the 平常交税前自己的税表备份 of the last five years.
