我十月份刚得到绿卡。但是我先生的绿卡被寄丢了。他人现在在中国工作。以前他是以H4的身份每年出来两次合计四个月。现在我们递交给USCIS I-90重新寄绿卡，但是要等4或5个月。由于家有急事，他必须尽快会美国。大家有什么建议，我该如何做，他才能尽快出来？多谢大家了。我真的要急死了。

-He may contact any one of the US Consulates in China to see whether he can get the Transportation Letter from the US Consulate. If yes, he can use it to come back to US. Just explain to the US Consulate officer that his I-485 was approved during his travel in China and he have not get the green card yet, but he has to return to US urgently. Then, provdie the I-485 approval notice and his passport to the US Consulate (you can scan his I-485 approval notice and then, email to him and then, he just print it out using color printer).

I am not sure whether he can get the Transportation Letter, but just try and you never know. This is the only way he can return to US without green card in hand.
