我们一家三口年初都拿到了AP/EAD卡，现在到了renew的时间。我还是用H1B,没用过AP和EAD,我先生AP和EAD全用了，我孩子只用了AP, 用EAD办了驾照。

1. 那么，我们三个在填I-765表中

14.Manner of Last Entry

-You: H-1B; your child and spouse: Parolee

和 15.Current Immigration Status

-You: H-1B; your spouse and child: Parolee.

和I-131表Part 1中的第三项 3.Class of Adimision

-You: H-1B; your child and spouse: Parolee.

分别为：

我： 14. HIB； 15. H1B； 3. H1B

先生： 14. AOS； 15. Parolee；3. Parolee

孩子： 14. ？； 15. Parolee；3. Parolee 孩子的这三项都该填什么？ 以上其他的都对吗？

2. 还有孩子在境外读书，圣诞节期间放假在美国，准备她在境内时递renew申请，等新的卡寄来时，她的旧的卡应该还没过期，但是她在境外，这可以吗？

还有等她再回来时，旧的卡已经过期，我可以拿到新卡后寄给她，再回来时用新卡入境吗？
