我的情况是这样的：

我目前是绿卡，去年EB1A拿的，今年年初给我太太申请了Follow-To-Join，目前已经到广州了，广州领事馆给的面签时间是2013年1月15号。我们这两天发现我太太怀孕了，刚刚怀孕一个月左右。去面签肯定是需要体检，体检就必须照X光，我们咨询了医生，说目前是绝对不能照X光的，会对小孩有影响。

-It is not neccessary to do the X-ray film for the physical exam unless the TB skin text is posititive. But perhaps it is not suitable for her to inject some kind of vaccines for the physcai exam.So, talk to the Dr.

请问，如果我们申请推迟面签，推迟到小孩出生后在去办签证，我们刚刚出生的孩子能加入到我太太的Follow-To-Join吗？

-No because the child is born after you got the green card.

 或者孩子必须申请其他的移民类型，那么是不是就得等7到8年？

-You only can file I-130 using F2A category for your child to get the immigration visa/green card which normally takes 2 to 3 years.
