我是绿卡，LD是EB3 AOS排期中

后来给LD申请了F2A亲属移民，排期到了，递交了485，还未收到receipt notice，现在LD因工作需要出国

请教老师，这时可以离境吗

-If she has the advance parole (AP), she can use the AP to travel. If she has no AP in hand, she needs to apply for the H-1 visa to come back. 

Actually, she did not need to file a new I-485 again and just do the I-485 relink/interfiling from the I-140 to the I-130.
