现在出现新情况：我的好友仍然出不了院， 他的女儿的移民签证仍未收到，广州领事馆拒绝给任何书面或口头的承诺同意我好友全家推迟在12月19日之后登陆。 在这样的情况下， 我的好友全家准备如下方案：

我好友的老婆（主申请人）在12月15日来美登陆， 小孩等签证到后来美。 在这样的情况下，他们想请教8老师：

1， 如果这次只是他的老婆（主申请人）登陆， 他们已通过的的I-526 ， 应该还继续有效吧？

-Yes.

2， 我的朋友错过这次登陆截止日之后，他是不是需要重新申请I-485 ？

-Can not file I-485 outside US, but contact the National Visa Center (NVC) to ask NVC to mail him the immigration visa application packet and then, pay the visa application process fee,, etc. as he did before. But his child's visa application is still valid and the child just needs to wait for the visa interview.

He may contact his immigration lawyer for help if his case was represented by the immigration lawyer.

-If the old physical exam report has been more than 6 months, he needs to re-do it again.
