我现在是公民。但领养孩子时是绿卡。现在孩子以B2签证在美国。我想为他申请绿卡：

1. I-130表要求生活在一起两年的证明。可我们还达不到。可以申诉吗？

-No.

2. 如不行，用除了延期B2外，有其他的签证适用吗？

-The child can extend B2 or do nothing. His/her illegal stay will not affect his/her green card application, anyway.

3. 一起生活两年后，可以直接申请公民吗？

-Get the green card first and then, he/she will be the US citizen.

4. 孩子可以在这里上公立的学校吗？

-Talk to the school.
