8老师：你好！

我有一好友，办理全家ＥＢ５移民，２个大人在上海，小孩在美国私校读高中，今年申请大学。２个大人现已拿到移民签证，登陆截止日是１２月１９日。小孩因为在校读书原因，更改过面试时间，现在在上海等移民签证，小孩的体检等所有手续都已完成。他们全家准备一起在１２月１９日一起来美登陆，登陆之后，小孩继续在美读书。

可能是因为小孩改过面试时间，现在移民签证迟迟未寄到上海，上周我的好友又突然住院，进行心脏搭桥手术（还未出院），现在的问题是：

１，　如果好友小孩在１２月１９日之前未拿到移民签证，我的好友身体又不稳定，他们能否推迟来美登陆？

-They had better contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou to see whether they can change the visa expiration date. If the visa expiration date can not be changed and the primary applicant (主申请人) can not enter US before the visa expiration date, the all family's immigration visa will be void. Thus, they have to do it all over again. So, contact the US Consulate as soon as possible if they can not enter US on time (explain it and show the evidences of illness).

需要办理啥收续？　向谁办理？

２，　如果小孩签证未拿到，但好友身体无碍，是否应该２个大人（主申请人）先在１２月１９号之前来美登陆？　小孩继续在上海等签证？

-Yes, that is absolutelty fine.
