北京的房管部门要我证明转成美国公民的我和原来户口上的我是一个人，才让继承父母遗产里的房子 （我是独生子）。到哪儿去办这种证明？我一周后公民面试，能在面试时让移民官开个证明吗？

还有，因为临时要回国，估计面试后来不及办美国护照和中国签证。我能让移民官先别收回绿卡吗？等从国内回来再上交？

-Only if when you take the oath, will USCIS take your green card away. So, you can use the green card to travel before you take part in the oath ceremony.
