-As far as I know, some child with similar case got the H4 visa, but some did not get the H4 visa and some got B2 visa, some did not. So, H4 or B2 is possible, depends on how lucky you are. But techincally, the adopted child needs to live with the adopting parents for two years to meet the H4 visa requirement.
