他前几天来美。他是跟他老婆[美国公民]中国结婚。申请来的。 他想过年回中国。又怕绿卡还没下来。

请问他这种情况。在绿卡还没下来前。可以回中国再来美国吗？

-Yes, the green card stamp in his passport has the same function as the physical green card and he can use it to reenter US before the stamp expires (< one year).
