1。 可以用回美证吧？

-Yes as long as he has the approved AP (not expired) in hand before he leaves.

2。 如果2月份续工卡，回美证，他在移民局确认收到后立刻会中国，还没等到拿到卡，再次入境时，比如13年5月，该用旧的， 还是用新的。

-Must use the old one and return to US before the old one expires.
