在I-485调整后，由于排期倒退，现在是AOS Status。当时递交I-485表时，由于孩子在中国，无法同时递交I-485表，但注明孩子是Dependent。到移民局请教，说是要等父母的绿卡批下来后，才能递交孩子的428表（？）

在等待绿卡审批过程中，现在孩子在中国已超过21，是否影响孩子来美？

-It is possible, depends on whether the CSPA age < 21. CSPA age = your child's age when your PD is current again in the near future - your I-140 pending time. You made a mistake not to file I-824 together with your I-485 and this mistake may result in your child age-out.

曾看过帖子说孩子的年龄Lock在父母调整身份的所在地，即父母调整身份时，孩子未超龄就行了
