再次打扰了8老师,正在填写I-130表,申请国内妹妹一家的移民签证,有几个问题请教8老师:

1,妹妹、妹夫、他们女儿的出生公证,以及他们婚姻关系公证,是否现在必须提供?我随I-130表一起寄走吗?还是可以等到以后再办?

-Only need your sister's birth certificate at this time. The others will need about 10 years later.

2,亲属关系公证是指我和我妹的亲属关系?

-Yes. Your sister's birth certificate and your birth certificate will indicate your family relationship each other. Both the certificates are needed for I-130 filing.

还是他们一家三口的亲属关系?这问题似乎有点傻,但我吃不准,还是斗胆跟8老师确认一下吧.还有,此公证是否也必须随I-130表一起寄走?能等到以后办吗?

3,申请支票355美元,是指申请妹妹一个人?

-You only need to file one I-130 for your sister and her whole family will be her derivatives (not need I-130). So, you only need to pay one I-130 filing fee.

还是他们一家三口共355?这傻问题又让您见笑了,对不起,我错了.
