我亲戚在国内，他们一家经由他的岳父母申请了亲属移民，现在在国内拿到了签证，要到美国来拿绿卡。由于他们的小孩在国内读大学二年级，想要毕业后才来美国，

可以以此为理由办理白皮书吗？

-Yes. But he/she has to enter US using the immigration visa to get the green card, then he/she can apply for the reentry permit.

亲属移民赴美拿到绿卡之前是否可以离境?

-Yes.

这样做是否造成将来入境时被吊销绿卡的风险?

(什么条件符合CSPA？2001.01 递交I-130的， 在移民局提到的 8/2002之前).

如果入境时已经超过21岁,是否影响办理绿卡及回美证申请?

-No. As long as he/she enters US before the immigration visa expires, it will be fine.
