paperwork is not a waste of time, it's called documentation and it's important if patient is transferred or other doctors/pharmacists look at the history. Also important in potential lawsuits. Money on facilities? That's because most money is donated and in most donation they specify purpose, usually on facilities, instead of using it for general operation. Treating patients doesn't take too much time if you know what the problem is. Some patients can talk your ear off and drag on for half an hour.
