面了一个政府工，3个星期了没消息，昨天写信表了表衷心（绝对没催哈~），HR的回复如下：

Thank you for your inquiry into the XXX position in which you recently interviewed for.

We have not yet made a hiring decision for this position, which is still available.

Mr. XX（HM） is currently in the process of checking references. We should know something soon and follow up with you in the very near future.
