这个广告很有欺骗性.至少需要从收入里减去:

1.vacancy 1mon $3395

2.repair $1500(that's really a low estimate; I should put in 3k)

3.management fee, legal cost $2000.

finally....you get $15665.

I would not pay for more than $20k a unit.
