Yao Ming didn't even know what post up was to start with, now, WHEN healthy, he was the best post-up player in the league.

James certainly has the tools to develop that, it could be lethal. SFs are usually too weak to defend him at the post, and 4s or 5s are just too slow.

BTW, I just realized, is that the good old Duke I am talking to? LOL. Welcome back, bro!
