如果我在私立维持他F1的身份，2年期一到就开始递交绿卡申请。递交后就可以就近入公立没有身份担忧了吗？这样算不算“黑”？

-You only can file I-130 f(or F2A category) after you adopt the kid and live with him for two years, but the kid can not file I-485 because the priority date is not current at that time (normally F2A takes about 3 years from the I-130 filing date). So, the kid still needs to maintain F1 status until he files I-485.

也许我有点想当然了。

8老师提到3年左右排期可拿到绿卡，这是哪一类排期？

-F2A unless you get the US citizenship.

这3年期间可否转到什么其他身份或 “状态”，就象EAD/ AOS ？

(我这么问主要是邻居公民在她妈B-2到期前1天递上绿卡申请，她妈在美国又继续待了3-4个月后打指纹，然后很快拿绿卡了。她这3-4个月和侄子将来那3年有可比性吗？

-No. Green card holder sponsor is different form US ciizen sponsor.
