怎么说复hiring manager 我不会在他裁我之前跑掉？

前东家$10B+, 新CEO, finance 背景，花街宠儿，不懂技术。

我原来支持的业务部门时有时无 - 经济好，VPs+ 能把他和他的亲信搞定，就招兵买马。Otherwise, layoffs 如秋风扫落叶,一般只有几个滑头VPs/directors能换个包庄留下，我当年就给hit了。

本地senior level 机会少。我说服自己，如果有2 年window的位子就试试，当stepping stone.

但怎么说复hiring manager 我会在那儿干下去 = 不会在他裁我之前跑掉？
