senior manager vs senior MANAGER 怎么定位？

我做senior manager - 资深懂百般武艺 :) - business, tech, strategy, tactics, 但不管人的,cross-functional team 帮我做事，reports to director. 我找工作的options：

1。the same. 这类位子很少

2。manager (experienced, non-manager) reporting to senior/MANAGER (people manager). 这类位置很多，面过几次。钱少不止几千还是小事，人家说我over qualified （= 怕做不长，不听话，抢他的位子）。我感觉对方在公司时间长，政治和专业嫩。

3。senior/MANAGER. 从外面进去就管人，不现实
