ion channels, GPCR, 啥啥的，结构就很不容易做了。没有结构人家也开发药物。当然有了之后容易多了，就像novartics前几年搞了一个kinase inihibitor, 反正跟别人都不一样，谁也不理解为什么，结果结构出来了之后发现，the protein adopts a new structure induced by this inhibitor binding, therefore reaching very high level of selectivity…
