It must be very painful to see the team you love loses every week to achieve the 1-15 goal.  I don't think that the Cowboys will take that route.  The fans will stop going to the stadium to cheer for a team ready to lose. 

Besides the Cowboys has underachieved so your goal is unachieveable :))
