我妹妹得到碌卡签证, 刚刚到达美国,请问多久才能收到绿卡?  

-About one month, but she can work using the green card stamp on her passport endorsed at the port of entry when she entered US using the immigration visa.

多久才能收到 social security card ( She said yes on DS-230 form about social security number)?

-About one to two months.

Right now , she can't open bank account or driver's learner permits.

-She can use the Green card stamp on her passport to open a account and apply for the driver license.
