1，离开美国去香港时还是要像以前一样交回I94吗？

是否要携带所有H1B Petition的材料原件，再次入境美国时重新给新的I94?

-Correct.Also bring the employment verification letter from your employer or/and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs with you.

2，我在香港不会滞留超过7天，这种情况不需要到领事馆办通行证吧？

-Contact the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in US.

另外，上次和HR部门说根据中美协议，我的收入应该是免税的，给他们提供了IRS的两个文件的链接。过了2天HR的人就让我去重新填了一个W4表格，在第七项那个地方写了个Exempt。这样就可以了吗？

-Fine.

不需要办其它手续吗？

-No. But you still need to file the federal tax return and give the tax exempt reason in the tax return even if you do not need to pay the income tax. You need to pay the state tax if your state have state tax.
