接楼下的老问题，还有一个更大的疑问

我是做好了头两年没钱赚的打算

但会计师推荐我用s-corp，其中一个理由是即使第一年没赚钱，s-corp不用交一个800元的费用（应该是给政府机构的？），而LLC则需要交这个800多刀。

但从第二年开始，这两种形式无论赚钱否都需要交800多刀。

请问是这样吗？这800多刀到底是什么费用呢
