在NY长住的人都知道，想看到水，那怕是一英寸的水都得付出大笔的银子（water review，not water front yet)。如在Manhatten东，西两侧没个百八十万想都别想。当然，在Rockway那个区也是可以，但你的忍受JFK的干扰，和杂乱的人群。
在向前跨一步，进入好区，长岛，特别是South Hampton那务必请你在上述数字后面加个零。
我这里不是讲比富，而是别误导别人，世界永远会有个别例子，但NYC海边真不是给中产阶级的。
