"林肯总统说过：“Government of the people，by the people，for the people，shall not perish from the Earth ”。笔者认为，这句写入美国宪法的名言 ... "

美国宪法是1787年起草的。林肯是1861年任第一任总统的。

他的“government of the people, by the people and for the people"是他举世闻名的Getty*****urg演说中的最后一句话。　

在检索美国宪法及其所有修正案中，我没有发现这句话
