我是绿卡。

父母６月２０日在北京首次探亲签证通过。签证给的是Ｍ，Ｂ２，有效期一年２００９．６．２０－－２０１０．５．１９

父母与７月１０号入境美国，入境时美国海关Ｉ９４上给的是半年。也就是２０１０．０１．０９

我还希望父母在美国多玩玩，现在天气冷了，没什么好玩的了。

问题１－－如果我现在申请延期半年，会在哪天的基础上延期呢？是申请日期还是２０１０．０１．０９的基础上。
-Your parents need to indicate the extension start date(２０１０．０１．０９) and the ending date in the Form I-539.

问题２－－如果我让他们１月回中国，他们２月可以再来吗？基于他们护照上的签证时多次一年有效。
-Yes, but they need to leave US before the I-94 expires so that they can come again using the valid visa. If they leave after the I-94 expires, the visa will be automatically invalid. Your parents can come to US again anytime before the B2 visa expires (２０１０．５．１９) and the CBP may issue the I-94 duration for another 6 months to them.



问题３－－如果他们２月份再来，入境海关会在９４表上给六个月（就是说给到２０１０年８月）还是必须在签证有效期内（２０１０年６月）回国？
-Most likely, they will issue the I-94 duration for another six months.
