回复：我的身份是什么，请赐教

我今年三月递交的F-1 OPT EAD延期在七月获批。但又于六月初递交了H-1B加快，六月中旬获批。同时学校的SEVIS系统显示已转H-1B。（理论上讲H1—B身份是不能获得OPT EAD 的）那我现在是H1-B 还是F-1。他妈的移民局。如果是 F-1 身份，如何变到H1—B，望赐教。
-If your H1 is not effective yet (e.g. new h1 effecive on Oct. 1), your status is still F1 until your h1 become effective and you can use OPT/EAD to work even if the SEVIS show your status is H1.
