现在好象如果在美国境内申请需要交$70给Department of State,支票title上是要写Department of State吗?在移民局网站上好象没有找到准确的答案.
-If you will file I-485 in US, you do not need to pay that fee. The I-864 filing fee is for Consular Processing (CP) for immigration visa outside U.S. The Nationa Visa Center will send you the instruction how to pay this fee if you use CP.
