Assume we still have to abide by the rule of "<=30 days visiting Blah,blah,,,", and you went there on Dec, 1, came back to US on Dec 30, you are allowed to reenter US and stay here until Jan, 10 of next year
-------------------------The difference between this updated rule and the old one is the old one allows the B2 holder to get a renewal valid through June, 30 of next year.
