If you really want to get out this contract

the best way is to talk with director face-to-face. Of cause you can't show attitude. explain why you have to take kid out of this school or daycare. Since they can let people loosing job get out, they could make some exception for you. but in this case, you have to ask actually beg nicely. you seem to be quite aggressive, like myself. if you want to go this route, have to control your temper very carefully. keep in mind what is your final goal here.
now an evil idea to get out: if you can find the school at fault for some injuries your kid incuured, this may give you bargain power. but i would not do such a thing.
frankly, if there is no urgent reason, you may consider to have your kid stay there for a full year, save yourself some trouble.
