着急，老爸去欧洲

他只有绿卡，去英国和意大利都要签证。可是他英文不灵光，去签证见面时可以让人陪着去翻译吗？旅行社的人告诉他，这两个领事馆只让本人进去，不能陪同。哪位去过那签证的热心人，可以告知一下真实情况吗？谢谢啦！
