can't do the math that way

If China were allowed to play as 7 counties, then it probably will grab all the medals of diving. (each individual diving China can only send 2 players, but China has lot more good divers. Any Top 3 of China has chance to grab a medal). If China played like 7 countries and sent 14 divers in each individual diving, China likely will grab all the gold.

Same thing goes to Table Tennis, Weight lifting (China sent 10 people, and got 8 gold and 1 silver. China only can sent 4 women. China could get a lot more medals if it send 30 players), badminton, , basically most other sports.

If China is allowed to send more players, China would have 50 gold by now and 150 medals
